Semi-friendly staff, but sorta dingey building. Not great selection in store, but they have a console you can search for furniture to order.
My wife and I recently purchased a set of sofas there. Wide selection, five star service and awesome prices.
They are the best worked with me on prices and gave me layaway on furniture sets other stores wouldn't with out credit
