I got an email about 2 weeks after they were delivered that the chairs were on sale. I was initially very frustrated when they would not refund me with a price adjustment for the difference. They said they only do that within a couple of days. I decided to call the corporate number. They decided to give me the refund. It was only about $150 difference which to them is nothing I'm sure but to a customer like me is a lot of money. I'm very glad they were able to honor the sale price for me.
Went in thinking I'd browse for a wedding registry. I was struck by the enormous magnitude of the prices. If this was Manhattan, I'd get it. Fine. Charge a bizillion dollars for an end table. Great. People in Manhattan are disgustingly wealthy. But in Rochester, NY? Really? Who in Rochester- working our cruddy service industry jobs- could possibly afford Arhaus' prices? Who in ROC is Arhaus' target sales customers...?
Franca and Nino were both exceptionally helpful and patient in the couch buying process. They gave advice throughout the entire process and made sure we felt comfortable with the purchase decision. We ultimately ended up with pollack series couch which was perfect for our needs.
I had a great experience in the store when I initially bought my chairs. The sales lady helping me (Shaena) we very helpful and knowledgeable.
I will absolutely never buy anything from Arhaus again. I have never experienced a worse customer service in my life. The furniture is overpriced for the service that you get.
Furniture is absolutely beautiful but I do have to agree with others than customer service is lacking. Have made several purchases here over the past 2 - 3 months and have been consistency underwhelmed by the service and frustrated when an issue arose. Thankfully corporate customer service was able to resolve an issue that the store "wasn't sure if they could address" fairly quickly.
