Update.

I went to value city for a couch and left buying a couch love seat and a new cocktail table. The table was damaged. The corner of the tables finish was rubbed off and there was a piece missing. They covered it in the repair shop with stain but it was still clearly visible. I live 45 minutes away and took the day off work to go get my furniture. They would order me a new table but would not bring it out to me. So now I will have another 2 hrs into coming back up and double the fuel. They weren't willing to do anything for me. Basically oh well or take the damaged one. I'll never come back to this store again. Once you've paid they no longer care. Poor customer service. Check your items before you leave.

We bought a table in April. It came with an incorrect piece. We finally got a call 7 months later in October when the wrong part had arrived again. It then took another week to get the correct part. They couldn't get their scheduling together, either. Our plan was to pick it up. They scheduled multiple times for delivery on us. They couldn't get phone numbers straight either, kept calling different numbers despite being asked to call just me, not my wife.

UPDATE September 2017 .

This place was tough from the start, the guy we had was nice that sold us our set for our living room! But when we ordered it, it was ordered in the wrong color and set to the wrong day for delivery. Luckily we received a confirmation call to correct it. The only reason I give this place two stars ws just how pleasant our sales person was. Everything else was horrible. I love the couches, the card has been straight hell to deal with and no one at the bank, the corporate office or the office I actually bought the couches from were helpful! the only person I could receive any info on my account after multiple attempts to get my card In the mail (the address was wrong the first time and it never was sent the next 2 times I called) was a collections agent after it was sent into delinquency when I had been trying to get my information for months! I will be closing my card and taking my business else where for furnishing my house next year else where

They called me back after I got home said Friday when I came back up and got the table they would give me 55 bucks cash for a gas reimbursement. Thank you that helps.

Please make yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. And DO NOT BUT THE WARRANTY, It would not cover anything. All they want is to take extra money from you.

I'm always very careful with all my paperwork, so i kept that brochure about the coverage and found in it that we are covered for peeling. We went to the store, they sent a technician few days later ( he said we should be fine and need to wait for a call). No body called us, so my husband called them. And guess what ? customer service said that our warranty does not cover peeling. When it does.I have that brochure and it says PEELING IS COVERED. Pictures of our nightmare of a sectional and that brochure attached.

All in all, this was a mess. I was treated like garbage by customer service over the phone because there were no notes about conversations that had already occurred. Definitely lost a customer.

Ms. Bianca was WONDERFUL!!!! She's very helpful, greeted us soon as we walked in. She didn't hound us, she let us look around was passionate and sincere. Exceptional customer service. Give her a 11 out of 10!!!

So after all the fighting with them they gave us 40% store credit and said that we don't have to bring them back the sectional and just can throw it away. Now when i came in and want to use this STORE CREDIT they said that i need to bring back that trashy sectional or i can not get that credit. Seriously are you kidding me??? THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORDS! avoid this store !!!!!

We bought a sectionals few years ago and were convinced by sales person to buy the 7 years WARRANTY. You know just in case if anything happens with it, accidental stains, rips, peeling etc. Sectionals were fine first few years, but in one not so wonderful day it all started peeling all over. It was like there were an expiration date on it and then BAM.
