FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We purchased our first dining set from Rochester Dining over 20 years ago and just donated it to a needy family. We recently purchased a new dining set but unfortunately we had some concerns about the finish on the table. My wife and I want to personally thank Mr Tom Hogan of Rochester Dining Center for going above and beyond what most companies would call "customer service". Over the last few months, Tom has traveled to our home on 3 occasions to try to refinish the surface to our satisfaction. He told us if we weren't satisfied, we would look at other options. I don't know of too many companies that provide service of this quality after the sell!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for quality dining room furniture.
