Absolutely beautiful quality furniture! Delivery men were kind enough to take apart the dresser I ordered in order for it to fit up our spiral stairs and then put it back together. I'm so grateful and appreciative of the work they did.
Terrible customer service. My mother bought a power recliner, couch and bunk beds and never received one call on delivery. She called 6 times , the bunk bed took almost 8 weeks and every week she had to call to see what was going on. Now she has had the power recliner for 3 weeks and it's stopped working. She calls and of course it's her fault, check the cords. So, my sister and me checked to cords, no problem. They said yesterday a service guy will call, my mom waiting still today and called back. Oh, he didn't call you yesterday? No, well, he should have, we will get in touch with him, hours later still nothing. Customer service is terrible.
