Staff is generally friendly and helpful, but Aaron has gone above and beyond several times to make us happy. Every time he seemed genuinely happy and motivated to make sure our furniture dreams came true. Exceptional salesman, wonderful human. Thanks Aaron!
Greeted warmly at the door by Michel S. who assisted with all our questions, not pushy in the slightest. Gave a more than reasonable quote for delivery and met it exactly for billing (I was surprised how cheap it was for them to deliver a hour away!). We left the store with some extra pillows in hand and the piece was delivered early the following week, very satisfied with the whole experience.

I recently moved to Rochester and have been looking to furnish my apartment. I'm going to be here for 2 years so am not looking to pay a huge amount for my furniture but also want something that looks nice. I came across the Ramyour and Flanigan Clearance center and was impressed by the selection and the customer service. Rocky, one of the sale associates, in particular gave great customer service. She took the time to understand my needs and was patient to help me consider many of the different pieces of furniture at the store. I would definitely consider going back for additional furniture.
