Now as far as customer support goes I have to admit to having been dealt with in a exceptionally rude manner: after having explained not being able to make a downpay as I don't own an American Credit Card just yet I was pretty much thrown out of the store: Little did the guy care that I had just drive half an hour to get to his store. Would have been prepared to leave my credentials behind and pay upon delivery but he was having none of that. Very poor manner of dealing with your customers. All in all, not a very recommendable experience.
Looked up info online. Was able to buy full size mattress set and same day took it home.
Best place for affordable quality and payments... It makes furniture shopping less of a headache.

Wouldn't go anywhere near this store again. First of all, the selection of mattresses for sale here isn't affordable in the sense that you get good quality for little money. For 199$ you will get something of very poor quality. Want something reasonable in terms of quality? Be prepared to spend at least 300-400$.
Bought my king size from here. The staff was friendly and the show room was cramped but there was a great selection. They only charged me $50 to deliver the mattress, boxsprings and frame. I loved them and will be back.
