Stopped in for a quick check up. The team was more than fair. Up and running in 15 min. Told me what needs done now and suggestions for future repairs. Great job team.
Been avid mountain biker for the last 20 years and have not only bought many bikes from this shop, but always my first choice for repairs and maintenance (when I get in over my head). Dave is great to work with and Justin has always helped to get my bike back on the trails in a pinch. These guys have high integrity, know their stuff, and have a lot passion for bikes....highly recommend this local bike shop!
Bike Zone is the bomb! I needed a new fat bke I purchased from BZ set up for summer use and they nailed it! I may have to go with this new configuration year-round it's so sweet! Dave understood what I wanted to do right off the bat. Other shops try but BZ delivers! They have the best prices and the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff. Was told not to bring my inferior bike back. He didn't have time to waste on something so inferior. And after spending $90 to fix the brakes, they still don't work. Makes you wonder if they know what they are doing.
