I went in with my bike and the way he talk to me about fixing it just to the point and how much was going to cost me right a way.
Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy anything, instead they just want to teach you about bikes. I was a total newbie about cycling until I went in here!
I was looking for a mid-range racing bike and my mom and I looked all over Rochester including the big box stores (a joke in my humble opinion with non-existent service and poorly trained staff). We loved the individualized and attentive service that Bob provides @ Pedallers so we went back and bought a fairly priced and perfectly fitted bike that I love. Thank you Bob! We felt very comfortable in your very capable hands (30+ years of service and experience!) I will be back to get some Christmas goodies!!!
