Long wait for walk ins but most vets don't even take walk ins so can't complain. Have been in with my cat and my dog for wellness and ill visits. Prefer them over other vet and vet hospitals I've tried. They are very affordable and don't beat around the bush ordering a million tests you have to pay for, before they prescribe treatment. I like the no non sense kind of attitude, hope they are around for a long time.
No message on the website or on the phone menu about walkins a being closed today(8/12/17). Website said walkins up till 7pm today, get there and said 'no walkins'. Have some kind of indication of it being closed to walkins somewhere on your website or phone system.
The staff really care about animals and will do whatever possible to help. Great rates for those who can not afford a full priced vet visit. Great spay/neuter program.
This clinic is a little drop of heaven in a sea of very expensive veterinary offices. I thought my tuxedo cat was dying, not so. The wait is long if you don't get there early, but given their honesty about it, the staff, the great vet we have and the cost I'm pleased.
