All my cats have been treated well, and LESS stressed without dogs in waiting to. They really love cats here, and don't charge prices as high as other places I have gone, so routine, preventative care is within reach, even on a budget. Very compassionate when I had to put my elderly boy down when he had inoperable stomach cancer.

Very nice vet and great for cats. Just wish they'd inform you better instructions to prevent having to come in twice for the same thing.
I am happy to take my cat there for care. I only go once a year so I kinda expect for them not to be too friendly, but I would love if they had some customer relation/service training. It is not hard to be nice, but it can be hard to deliver great customer service.
I have read some horror stories in these reviews, and I must say I am sorry for all that bad stuff I am reading. My experiences has been welllllll...... Kinda flat. They see my baby, they tell me what the findings were, they send me to the counter, I pay and check out and leave. No friendly conversation, a tad bit robotic, and they make me feel slightly uncomfortable.
If you own a cat in and around the Greece, Hilton, Northwest Rochester area, this is where you take your it. Knowledgeable, caring staff. Modern facility and reasonably priced.
I have been there about 4 times. I can say, they have never been rude to me, or snap @ me, or mistreat my baby or me. They respect my requests, and I haven't seen them look uptight or irritated by my asking questions or asking them to clean the equipment in front of me (for example, the thermometer).
