All the equipment one could need, old school feel, real weights and real machines.
Actually the worst, no matter the price. Rude staff, everything is always broken and their hidden fees are crazy. As soon as my year is up I will go somewhere else. Nothing about this gym feels clean and i'd rather spend my money elsewhere.
The trainers knows the best workouts plus what foods to eat for you to lose weight or build muscle.
My two boys do the NLB program Tuesday and Thursday nights, and everytime we go the staff is very friendly! Equipment is great!
