I love this gym. The staff is awesome and you definitely get a workout. The equipment could be upgraded but it gets the job done and it's like family. Love it
Worst gym I've belonged to in 10+ years. In one year, there have been at least 5 times the gym has closed without any warning on their website or facebook. Very poor hours in general. Not a good value for the price, but they are unfortunately the only game in town. Equipment is fine, but with compressed hours both the free weight and cardio areas are usually very busy. I would actually prefer planet fitness over this place!
Clean facilities. Tons of UPDATED equipment and classes to get a great workout.
No selfies...no matching fitted hats n socks....no kids. The place is filled with ppl who want to LIFT not talk and socialize.
This gym has everything you need to get a good work out in. Lots of options for both cardio and weights. The people are friendly and it feels like a family.
