Absolutely gorgeous and well thought out. We all can nick pick but why when in the big picture we have something to be genuinely proud of.
New pool is the best thing ever happened in Rochester! Group exercise room (aka dance studio) is very small, classes fill up so quickly. Yoga rooms have no mirrors so you cannot check your posture. Yoga teachers are great. Cafe is nice but pricey. Membership is way too expensive.
My family and I have been members here for a few months now and have had nothing but positive experiences each visit. All the staff are all extremely friendly, warm and super helpful. Even the other members are super friendly and welcoming. It really feels like you've become part of the family from the first visit.
Great place staff friendly people are nice have plenty of programs for all ages. My kids love this place, while I workout there in the babysitting room playing then we hit the pool afterwards.
