I cannot say enough about Fischer Plumbing! They have been the 'go to guys' that my entire family has used for over 30 years. Their expertise and professionalism is unmatched! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for pleasant, fast, professional, SKILLED plumbing service!
I found them online and saw that they offer $20 off to the first time customers. I called, mentioned the online promotion and was told that they offer free estimates and don't change for showing up at the house.... so I had them come out the same day to unplug the drain from the house to the main road and give me a quote on some additional work that is needed. They did the work fine and quoted me $3k for additional work....but when I got the final bill there was $40 fee for showing up and the $20 discount was not applied. When I called the office the person that I spoke with told me that he was new and was not aware of the fee. He also had to call me back about about the $20 discount, which he was told could not me applied because it had to be printed and shown to the mechanic. BUT WHY? You advertise it on you website and I mentioned when I called. BUNCH OF BS..... They had the decency to follow up to see if I will use them for the quote they they give me......NOOOO
