went out of there way to help me with my back up sewage issue. they had to come up with a unique way to achieve the job. the opening to my basement was too small and on the spot had come up with the idea to try too work through my basement window. completely professional and didn't give up right away. this was my second experience with them and very happy both times.

The estimate was a flat rate to clean out the line no matter how long it took. The work took about five minutes. In fact the cleanup took longer. I was pleased with the technician, Mark. However, I feel upset about how much it cost for the small amount of work. I am happy that the work is guaranteed for six months. Mark left me armed with the knowledge and an enzyme product to make sure this doesn't become a reoccurring problem. Technician five stars....price, two Stars.
