I recently had a technician from Gatti plumbing come to my rental in the city. I was surprised at the quick response time and how efficient he was. He found the problem, repaired it and was out within an hour. Left my place spotless! Very impressed with this company and highly recommend them!

2) The owner said that the plumber left Monday afternoon before 5PM because we were closing for the day. **NOT TRUE** It was almost 5PM and perhaps their business day ends at 5PM. We were working until 9PM that night. They did not ask what time we closing for the day, they just left.

6) Filling the pipe with water: Day 2 they cleared the clog without filling the pipe or flooding the floor.

These guys are terrible! I told them where the sewer was backing up and they said they had to see the water back up to fix the problem. The guy turns on all the water and walks away from the drain that backs-up. When I find out what is going on and walk back to the drain, sewage was running all over the floor! I said "Now you can clean that mess up since I already cleaned it up twice!" He said "Don't worry." Then he says he has a problem with his machine and won't be back until noon tomorrow. Meanwhile, I have wretched sewage on the floor that he never cleaned up! Worse than useless. Draino would have been a big improvement. Lesson learned. The owner doesn't need to respond to me with useless promises. He needs to hire workers that are responsible and know how to do their job.

Company milks the clock and is not honest about the work they do. Don't ever call them u will be sorry. Work order had been changed on the fly. After I'm disputed what I was charged for.......still have yet to get a receipt. They will never enter my house again!

4) The worker absolutely did not clean up the back-up sewage water. I know this because I was the one that had to clean it up. How does the owner know that it was cleaned up by his worker? He was not here. Again, I have 30 people that can verify that I was the one to get out the mop and bucket and clean up the mess that they had intentionally caused by running water until it over-flowed. It in the end, they followed my exact advice and snaked exactly where I told them it needed to be snaked. I have owned rental property and have had to perform this service myself. Not brain surgery.

1) The owner has called me multiple times to tell me that my review is unfair and unprofessional; yet, his online response to my review is very inaccurate. This update is the documented truth that can be verified by many witnesses at our company.

I have only done 2 reviews because I am not in the "review business" nor do I like giving bad reviews. It is very unpleasant, and I have other hobbies. The only reason I go out of my way to write a review is to warn people regarding bad experiences. I rely on this valuable information from others when I make purchasing decisions and I appreciate the efforts of others when they do honest (unbiased) reviews of their experiences.

3) The clog was 25ft from the floor drain where the sewage was backing up. In this distance, 5 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 showers, 3 flush toilets, and 3 urinals are all on the same line. Trust me, the back-up that they caused made raw sewage back flush onto the floor that had already been cleaned twice. How can he say it was not raw sewage? He was not even here. There are 30 people here that were gagging from the stench. This is not gray water. Anyone present would be able to tell the difference.

The owner continues to call me to try and get me to rescind my review. I can understand his motivation. However, my review and account is what happen at our facility without any embellishment due to emotions. But then to continue to call me and accuse me of being unfair and un-professional for simply reporting the truth is nothing short of harassment.

5) It is true that they returned early the next day to finish the job, as the owner has described. What is not accurate is that they did this on their own accord. They left Monday afternoon and said that they would not be back until 12-2PM the next day. Completely unacceptable! It took a call from my management to the property owner to get them to come back early the next day to finish the job that they had started the day before. Meanwhile, we could not use any of the sinks or dishwashers for a kitchen that services close to 40 people.

BTW, look at the review posted by repeat Gatti customer Nancy N that explicitly says they their company policy is that they don't work around "dirty water". A plumber that doesn't work around bacteria?

Very pleased with Gatti plumbing. I would recommend to anyone. They did a great job!

I called for service on our sink at my office. I called around 1pm and they had someone here before 2pm the same day and it wasn't even an emergency call. Very nice man. He had the sink repaired in no time and even looked quickly at our water hose/pressure to our ice maker in our fridge. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service, price and timeliness of Gatti Plumbing. Would definitely use them again.
