I called before I came and the over-the-phone conversation went well. This is in a strange location, but a safe location.
Do not book Bright Side Movers with Uhaul. They are the most disrespectful movers I have ever seen. They lie and ruined several pieces of furniture and walls and then tried to blame it on the customer. Very crooked people. Very crooked. U haul should not associate with these people as it's bad for their reputation.
