I stored my car in here for 12 months. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The payments were online and easy to manage. The cost was the lowest that I could find in the area for a covered and temperature controlled parking. The facility and the staff were outstanding. I had a problem with the battery and the back brakes, probably due to the long storage, and they went out of their way to help me fix it. I could not be happier about my choice of this facility, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the Rochester area.
This location provided me with THE WORST service I have ever received. Not only were they several days late on the delivery of my u-box, they double charged me on my first months rent and neglected to fix the problem immediately. Along with this, when I tried to get ahold of anyone at the location to figure out why it was not be delivered, I was given the round about so many times that I had to go directly into the location and speak to the manager. When the box was supposed to be delivered, they were several hours late - even though I was given a time frame of 4 hours that it would be delivered in between. Overall, if you never want to see your storage items again go to this place. The Ajax road Uhaul is probably the worst I have ever dealt with, and all they provided were excuses and no responses to fix problems. WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!
