I have not hard to go back to complain about my remote start not working which was the case for me at tint shop. Ambiance and receptiveness is very comforting and professional. I recommend Ziebart anytime, any day.

Ziebart is where to go, your given realistic time on how long it would take to work on your car and they have a mobile service that can drop you off if you cant wait in their shop (5 mile radius though but you can push it if you know how).
Had a tint and a remote start on my second car, had the first one done at tint shop Rochester, NY and i must say i was truly impressed and i wonder how and why i went to tint shop in the first place.
Everyone I dealt with at Ziebart Henrietta, from Pete (the manager) on down, did a great job on my car and they are all so friendly & easy to deal with. I had a terrible time with the insurance company and Shane, at Ziebart, did everything possible to straighten things out for me.
5 stars across the board. Pete and the crew at Ziebart provided excellent customer service. They were willing to work with me and what I could afford, and ended up giving me a deal I absolutely could not refuse. My car looks great too now and it's nice knowing that I should be pretty rust free while I have that car. I would recommend Ziebart to anybody. Thank you again!
I had to go back to tint shop after the remote start would not work , i actually had to use the factory remote to get into my car on more than one occasion.
