To be honest. I thought about going to this location this am. But after reading reviews I see a consistent reviews for over a year right up to recently. No improvement what so ever. So I will go to henrietta as it's a bit farther but worth it. Where are ur positive reviews. You can't keep saying I am sorry and show no improvement at all. Make changes. If kids don't like there jobs replace them.
I have attempted to cancel my monthly car wash plan, 4 months later and I am still being charged. Terrible customer service.
I have been to this location twice in the past 2 months and both times I left disappointed. The first visit was for an oil change and inspection, after the guy came in three times to try and sell me and finally comes in to tell me I have to return in the afternoon because they were out of the grade of oil I needed after a 30 min wait and they didn't have time to do the inspection! Really? Today I thought I'd try again just to get a half hr. Detail. Watching the workers walk around my car literally for a half hr, they said it was done, after inspection I had to ask that the re vacuum most of the car and wipe down the sides inside the console. The waiting room was run down with newspapers overflowing from the magazine rack. Poorly managed. Sorry. I can only give a two star. I have visited the one in Webster and it's an entirely different situation. We'll run and managed.
I pay 105$ and I was not happy how they did I go back they told me is you have to full the paper. Never happen before Manager a Greg but I love delta sonic. And I pay 35$ again(((
Okay, I get bothered by reviews that are not objective so I will try to include one here. First I have always found that the staff is friendly. Can you run into someone having a tough day sure but move on to the next person or talk to the line manager and your concerns will be answered. My car was damaged once before and they were quick to get me to the right people and they made sure it got fixed. Sure it was a pain but hey stuff happens and you move on. In general they do a very nice job and when they mess up, as humans do sometimes, they fix it and most times give you a free ride on your next visit if you give them a chance. So to all of you with your 1's and like to put zero's take a close look in the mirror and see if the problem isn't staring you in the face. :) Life is too short smile and try to find a way around the tough days and make a new friend.
