Just FYI guys; no one can hear you say "neutral" (others may not know what that means even) so maybe instead of assuming the car is ready, LOOK at the customer for acknowledgement before their car is violently jerked and permanent damage is done to it.
Spent 3-5 minutes trying to sell me stuff i did not want. They rushed me through when it wasnt busy. Drove a mile home and car was still just as dirty as it was before I went. What a waste of time and money
