Had a very disappointing time. Waited for a table; however multiple empty (and dirty/unbussed) tables all over the restaurant. Manager was awkwardly going from table to table showing off some Star Wars tattoo that everybody couldn't have cared less about. People seated before us received their food first. Food was overcooked but still edible. Waitress stopped interacting with us to go handle a different table, put their order in then come back to finish talking to us. Just very hectic and unprofessional. I like this location as it's more comfortable than the Greece location, but at least the Greece location has decent service. Surprising considering it's the mall location.
Been there twice,waitress was amazing. I was solo,she still gave me excellent and friendly service. Also asked good questions on my taste to make excellent suggestions.
Love the lettuce wrapped burger and all you want steamed broccoli. Love that I can have a healthy burger dinner. A bit loud and intimidating for the single diner, but both times they made me feel welcome, and have great food and service.
A L-A-R-G-E selection of high-end gourmet hamburgers. A groovy fully stocked bar with an ample beer selection. Dynamic servers. Well-lit, spacious & cozy interior. Large TV screens facilitate the cheering of the Buffalo Bills! Hostess was fantastic locating a booth that helped our friend - who's overcoming physical therapy.
Their fries are not only memorably delicious, but BOTTOMLESS! Who could ask for more?! Burgers are obviously delicious as well. No other restaurant has been able to satisfy my love of sautéed mushrooms on a burger since McDonald's discontinued their mushroom & Swiss burger years ago! Oh and I have to mention the kids menu...BOTTOMLESS SIDES to choose from! With choices from broccoli to fruit salad to French fries, this has gotta be the BEST DEAL for any parent!
Love that they are able to handle our kids' allergies. Good burgers, milkshakes, fries, and drinks. Not great if you don't want those foods. Usually very knowledgeable servers.
I was so impressed, I asked to speak to amaze to thank him. Since I usually stop for food when I'm too busy to cook, or just to get out for an hour between meetings/errands, I value a place that treats a single woman diner well, and not I like a low-end second rate customer taking up space.
