If kids have the day off from school, go to the Victor location as the Henrietta location gets swamped so staff is overwhelmed and it will take an hr to get your food. Victor location knows how to have service run smoothly, even when it's busy.
Just love this place. Can just go there for their Molten Chocolate Cake! Has amazing food and also offers discounts on the U Connection App who are official partners.
Food is good. Slow service and not enough servers. Will not go back during lunch hours.
Chili's is one of my fav restaurant low key so they get four stars off the strength of that. However, the two times I've been to Chili's the service has been disappointing. It was almost empty today and it took forever for me to get my food. I had to ask for my won refill and the waitress just want very attentive. Not to mention they served me old guac. I know guac oxidizes and turns brown however, the tomatoes we're old too.
Loved the waitress!! Did I mention that I loved the waitress?? She was great! Good food. Great drinks!
