The Parkway Restaurant has THE BEST breakfast, quick food and fish fries in town, along with their great waitstaff. My family are "regulars".

Breakfast is their best meal served. Staff is good and can accommodate large groups. Cash only is the only downside
I think they have the best coleslaw and the best fries ever! Great spot for breakfast too. I think they should be rated as the number 1 place Rochester for fish frys.
