The people that work there know a lot about the pet they have. But they will only sell to you if you get all the supplies and food from them.You can not use or plan to use anything that you my already have from a former pet of the some kind and the old man there was very rude with to me both time I was there and acts as if he is the only one around that you can get info from or buy from at all. Im completely disappointed that i have drove an hour and half out of my way to be treated the way I was. I understand average pet stores don't come with guarantees on their pet's however there def shouldn't be a requirement that you can only purchase items from them, especially when your average lizard is triple the cost here and all merchandise is expensive so you walk out spending almost $500
I recently purchased a Hermann tortoise and he is beautiful and thriving. When I was finally able to bring him home a few days ago I received a thorough and complete breakdown of the proper care and set up for my tortoise. We purchased a snake and all the items to go with it and continue to get mice from here. They are super knowledgeable and very helpful. This has been a great experience and their assortment is great!
