In the back of the store there is a grooming area, where you can have someone else groom your pet for you, or you can do it yourself at one of the stations for $15! It's an extremely convenient feature because all of the tools are available for use.
Great friendly staff. They also offer pet grooming. A great selection of quality pet supplies. Prices are a little higher than at other stores hence only 4 Stars. Other than that a great little shop.
I can't say enough positive things about this establishment. Lisa and the rest of the crew are not only knowledgeable but truly love animals, their owners, and most importantly, our community. Each time I go in to buy a product she has helped make sure it's a good fit for my dog and our activities, and would rather lose a sale than send me home with something I won't end up liking. The selection of food, toys, and treats are nothing short of the finest quality. Competitively priced compared to chains like Country Max and online retailers, plus I know that my money spent at Park Ave Pets is going to a company that is in this business for all the right reasons. And the self grooming stations are always clean and well stocked, and never once have I felt rushed. Keep up the good work!
Lisa is so helpful and kind. She never hesitates to help with questions and always lends a listening ear. I always feel welcome. The groomers are also amazing!
The store is welcoming, always has a variety of healthy treats and other essentials. The owner is extremely helpful with questions and is also very involved in the community.
