Super friendly staff not only to me but always warm and welcoming to my dog as well.. They all know my fur baby's name and greet us both happily every time we come in. The staff are not just friendly but knowledgeable about food, toys etc. Truly helpful and total animal lovers! Love love LOVE this place for all my pets needs.
Love this store. The staff is so helpful in carrying items to my car, and always greet me with a smile. Very convenient location. Most important, they price match!! I just show them the Wal-Mart price and I get the savings there.
very helpful and courteous staff. And they offer a 30-day return so if a product doesn't work out-- say your pet won't eat it, or something-- as long as at least half the product is left, you can return it. This has been very helpful while I was working with a couple rescue cats. Staff is always helpful, and if they can't answer your questions, they'll let you know and get someone who can. Also love the donation bin where you can buy stuff and leave it for area rescue groups and shelters.
Excellent and helpful staff but definitely overpriced. You can get the same things at Target or Wegmans or Wal-Mart for much better prices.
