I love this store. Amazing selection of healthy foods & treats for dogs & cats. A point reward system, adoption support for the humane society, and regular sales. Super helpful staff. Clean, organized stores. Been going here for years. Monroe & Ridge rd locations are both great. Two wishes: more "natural" squeaky toys & bring back bulk kitty litter.
This is hands down the only store to get pet food and supplies from. Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Finally, a company that truly cares about the health of our pets...no junk food available here. My dog loves to visit and always leaves with quality food and treats. A 1st class operation...the Wegmans of pet retail!
I'm an Amazon shopper - but this store is worth going to in person. Extremely friendly and helpful staff - multiple people assisted us with shopping and dog education. Lots of discounts and great products. And it doesn't smell like a pet store! Highly recommend.
A pet store staffed by very knowlegeable people. Every product is of the highest quality. Competitive prices. If your pet doesn't like anything they recommend, they will gladly take it back. Grooming on site plus you can wash your pet at the washing station. Very supportive toward community pet shelters.
I absolutely love this place! The employees are very kind and knowledgeable about pet food and love animals very much. I come here usually once a month to buy my fur daughter her food; and when I started shopping here I knew nothing about healthy pet food - I was educated here about pet foods. Everyone is easily approachable and no question asked is laughed at, they genuinely want to help you find the best food for your pet, and will answer any and all questions you have. They also feature homeless pets from Lollipop Farm Humane Society for adoption - and help feed local homeless pets at the shelters.
