Honestly, the best pizza place in Rochester! The pizza logs are homemade and delicious! The exterior are very similar to an egg roll which is so unique and delicious! Not to mention the sauces on the wings are different and so amazing! The service is impeccable! Would recommend to anyone to try it! You won't be disappointed!!!

My first experience with Schianos was a bad one (as far as customer service is concerned). I had ordered a pizza through their website, which was quite confusing. 30 minutes went by and I finally decided to call and see what was going on. They told me they had received my order online but the ticket didn't print out or something like that? So I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for it to be put in the order queue. To make matters more confusing, I thought their NY style pizza included pepperonis however when it finally arrived, I realized that it came with just plain cheese. Though it was partly my fault for not paying attention to the addition of toppings section, when I called to complain, one of the employees argued with me and did not try to offer me anything for the misunderstanding or inconveniences. It was basically a "you got your pizza so deal with it" kind of deal. Nonetheless, the cheese pizza was flavorful despite there being no pepperonis on it. and the wings weren't bad either. Because I'm big on customer service and putting people first, I will not be giving them my business again.
