Terrible experience, will not be going here ever again. Managers were absolutely ridiculous and rude - when I asked for water, the manager responded with "we only have to serve water if you're dying." I have been there 3 times and every time they will not serve tap water - using the excuse they are out cups. I only ask businesses to be respectful and do their job. As far as I know, if you serve bottle water, you are obligated to serve tap water - so be responsible and have cups. Serve your customers don't try to cheat them.
Enough! I know things can get busy and having consistent workers is a trial but I ordered a pizza, credit card charged, and 2 hours later no call and no pizza!. It turns out the location closes at 10:00pm. I placed my order at 9:37pm because the website said this location closes at 11:00pm! I ordered a pizza a few days earlier and the crust was barely cooked.
The worst service ever and terrible pizza. The manager, Carmello, is just rude and a complete scumbag. Somehow this place is always "out of water cups," the bathroom is always "out of order" and you can't even get a box for your slice because they are "too expensive." It is petty to refuse customers necessities. Any restaurant that is this disrespectful to customers shouldn't be in business.
Not the best pizza but when you're out on Friday night and want to grab a bite of pizza, it's open past 3am and gets the job done. It serves it's purpose when you're out and about and need a filling real quick. But if you're looking for a pizza place during the day, I'd recommend something else. Pretty happy though!
Friendly workers. Pizza not bad at all compared to some other local places. And there not expensive! So not a bad spot for a broke college kid. Look for the coupons, they help a bunch.
