The owner did apologize profusely, but the first guy didsaid nothing. C'mon dude at least say sorry our something.
Just saying sir if I wanted to cake,desserts,coffee I'd go to a cafe not a pizza place. Just like I wouldn't go to a cafe that specializes in pastries and specialty coffees for a good pizza.
Also maybe employees could shave wear a hair net.
They do have good food here. I will of course cone back but I'm perturbed by this interaction.
Also I tried calling to speak to manager but no one answered the phone. I do not write reviews as you noted. I believe in speaking in person to whoever is in charge. I take it you are the owner.

Poor at best. If you are going to have a pizza, sub shop, salad type business. Why not stick to that rather than adding menu items just to make a buck. Your service and quality only get lame as was noticed by myself and colleagues.
This usually is a good place. Today however right in the middle of my order one of the guys comes up, cancels my order and told the girl to take food out to some of the tables. He literally was standing in back waiting for his delivery order to be finished. He was doing nothing. I'm not one to complain about this stuff, but c'mon.
Just ordered for the first time yesterday. The pizza was really good! Plenty of cheese, love the little old fashioned pepperonis. Staff was friendly and the interior was clean and comfortable.
Also as far as beards go, yes common, however well kept and groomed differs from what I saw at your establishment. As well as tattoos which you brought up, they don't need to be visible. One sometimes can be offended by what one says.
Probably the best pizza and chicken on Rochester!!! 2 thumbs up for sure!!!
Service was slow was not even busy. Confusion in ordering as your help didn't listen to questions being asked.
First time. Will be back. Awesome steak sandwich. Pleasant atmosphere. Great selection of slices.
Too bad. You had a good thing back when Pizza was primary menu item.
