Dough is fluffy without being too chewy, sauce is robust, and cheese is perfect. Best shop for a slice in Henrietta!
Well, I wish I could write a nice review of this new location, since our family has always loved the one on West Henrietta Rd. However, we decided to try it on Saturday, around 6:30 pm. We walked in, and the person in front of us was trying to explain that she had been given the wrong pizza at pick-up. Her complaint was not being handled very graciously. Then, we went to look at the slices, and there were about six dried up pieces. When the young, and miserable, girl behind the counter mumbled "What can I get you?" and we asked if there were any pizzas coming out soon, she interrupted another employee's personal conversation to ask. His answer? "Well, we don't have any dough, so how can I make more slices?" We immediately left and will not be back. What pizza place runs out of dough on a Saturday night and treats future customers so rudely? As I mentioned, we love the other location and were hoping this one would be as good.
One slice can normally make me full. 2 if I'm really hungry. Crust is a little on the thicker side, but it's well balanced with the toppings. They have dessert and wings as well, all good stuff for the price. I'd recommend it to my friends.
They overcooked it and gave me free toppings instead. Pizza was good.
Usually we order pizza and its usually pretty good, so this friday we wanted a fish fry so i figured why not try Brandani's! Long story short it turned out to be the worst experience EVER! We order 3 fish fries and they were HORRIBLE! WORST fish fry I have EVER seen and thats no exaggeration! Two of them were over cooked so bad they were hard as a rock & couldn't be eaten!! When we called to complain we were offered a 5% refund on our next order!! Gave them a chance to make it right and was blown off like we didn't matter! What a JOKE and INSULT that was! The person stated our manager is not in so thats the best I could do but "hopefully" our manager will call you back, needless to say, NEVER heard from the manager!! What a horrible experience, I will be sure to tell anyone who listens not to waste their time with this place! They have lost a customer & will lose many more because of this! The owner should be ashamed and make BIG changes or this place will too tank in Park Point!
