We just purchased a sectional from UFO. We found the same furniture online for a cheaper price- they price matched! When the sectional was delivered, there were two tears. In less then 24 hours they had someone out to repair the tears, and I cannot even tell where they were- overall, a good experience.
The furniture here is awesome. They actually have some unique pieces that I have never seen before.
