Nice room BUT staff kept coming to the room saying we weren't registered and other patrons saying they were just assigned our room. We were asked to go down to the front desk to prove it was actually our room. It turned out an employee who helped out from another section didn't fully fill out the form. THEN while trying to relax in the pool with our children a bunch of unsupervised boys choked our autistic son and hit him in his head with their sandal. Besides hurting others while rough housing. Finally the woman who brought them came for a few minutes and then left a baby with them and left. Needless to say we finally left. We didn't tell staff for fear we'd be asked to leave. Upon check out were apologized to and a final let down told they'd love to give us a free night UT we didn't qualify because we secured our room on line. What a joke. Management needs to learn integrity and pride in it's company's reputation.
We had a second floor suite with a pullout sofa. The beds were comfortable, other than the sofa. Front desk reception was nearly nonexistent and there were people smoking in the storage room as well as the lingering smell of smoke in the lobby, which claims to be a 100% smoke free environment. The hotel is also dog friendly, so take that as you will. At the continental breakfast everything tasted old and dry. The sausage was bland and dry, the eggs were watery, and the juice didn't taste quite right. We didn't use the pool or fitness centre, so I have no comment on those. Not terrible for sleeping, but not great for service. Final review, good in a pinch, but if you can find somewhere better suited to your family, take it.
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go again and recommend

The bathrooms are flooded with water. The confirmed room during booking/reservation is not what is being offered. The staff is good in empathizing with the situation without a resolution, once the business is done they don't even recognize you. I stayed with my family, was generous to raise no concern, was promised by front desk staff for compensation/refund. After me following up on the hotel manager Diane Taylor blamed me for causing the problem and not opting for right hotel for stay. If travelling lone or with family, better stay in park by putting a tent than staying in this hotel. If at all you stay in the hotel make sure you carry you own first aid kit and take some swimming lessons to save yourself in dire situations, as I doubt if the hotel will have any aids to help out in emergency
