Bob has been our family jeweler forever. Every piece that my father has every bought for my mother has been custom made by Bob. My brother and his wife are in the same boat. Now that I am married, I plan on doing the same. Bob is not only an amazing Jeweler but he is equally as kind and patient.

He gave me an estimate for repairing the antique, made the one that hadn't run in years keep perfect time, and repaired the third - a watch that was incorrectly tinkered with by another clock shop in our city. He did all this in about 15 minutes. Rochesterians, do not take your watches anywhere else. Bob is terrific, clear, extraordinarily capable, and fair. This is the place.
Bob has been my go-to guy for watch bracelet resizing/adjustments. I've always had a great experience. Very easy to get to his downtown shop. I will work with him in the future for other watch repair needs.
