Before going to Battisti jeweler, I only had a vague idea of what kind of engagement ring I wanted and what my budget was. After walking in the front door and talking with the staff I knew I had come to the right place immediately. Over the next few weeks the staff helped me do research on ring designs and precious stones. They explained different quality of stones and metals and showed me exactly what the differences looked like in person and under their microscope. They made a custom spin on a design that we found online, and made sure I was happy with the design, stone, and price I was getting before making the ring. I told them my budget upfront and they were extremely respectful and realistic with my options. I never felt any of the pressure experience at other jewelers and I got a ring I am proud to give to my fiance' with a custom design, stone that I love, and in the budget that I set out for.
