This is the second time here. I'm from Lockport ny. The hospital is a great hospital. The staff and doctors on my floor were the best. They take care of you like you are there family. I can't praise them enough. Dr DeBenedetto and his staff are awesome, to help you with anything. I love them all. Everyone is so caring and helpful. They make you feel like home. I hate to go home! You will have the best stay here ever. Way to go Everyone! I'm gonna miss all of you!!! Love you all!
My wife and I took our oldest son to the emergency room here because he had a severe ear infection, the doctor attending ER, was Condescending and rude to my wife appeared to be arrogant and I thought he thought he was better than most people. Between my wife and I we have seven degrees, my wonderful wife is an educator. And I am an engineer. Whole family was gardening we were wearing dress down cloths and we were a little bit dirty. I'm giving two stars , because once transfer to the childcare emergency it was okay the few people we saw after the "Dr." We're very nice. Hopefully we wont have to go to this emergency room anytime soon.
This place really needs to focus on quality rather than quantity!!
I went to the ER at 2:00am and found that the level of service was great. Everyone I came in contact with was super nice and seemed sympathetic to the pain I was in. Doctor and nurse were fantastic, as was the tech in imaging. I guess YMMV on each visit but this was a good one.
I am so impressed with this hospital! Definitely different from 10 years ago. ALL of the nurses, techs and NPs that took care of me were phenomenal! I was especially impressed with the tech named brittany in the observation unit. She made me feel comfortable and like she thoroughly cared about my needs and wants. She’s a gem keep her happy! Even the people transporting me from each unit were very friendly! All around this hospital is spectacular.. thank you to everyone who helped me during those almost 3 days :)
Waiting at their hospital lab while fasting on a Friday morning and its now past noon and I haven't even been registered yet. One person working! It's like really? How understaffed are you? I can handle it but I genuinely feel sorry for the elderly and the little children screaming while they impatiently wait.
