I am severely disappointed with the Marion B Folsom Center. I was a patient at this clinic from 2009-2013 and switched over to a Strong Clinic because it was always impossible to see the doctor when I really needed them. I am a very healthy young man so don't go to the doctor unless I really needed it. Within the span of 4 years, my doctor was changed over 3 times because of the turn around which is another reason I left the clinic. Most recently I am starting the process of an adoption and because I have not yet seen my current doctor for 2 years, I needed my previous doctor to sign a form releasing my records and to sign off that I am basically in good mental health. I needed this in addition to an evaluation from my current doctor. The Folsom center and the doctor from Folsom refused to sign the form because I had only seen my most recent doctor once. Even though I have a 4 year history of going to that clinic, the doctor refused to sign the form because this particular one had only seen me once. They told me I had to come in for an appointment and pay out of pocket, because my insurance only covers 1 primary care doctor. Truly disappointed in them for making what should be an exciting process (adopting a child) more difficult than it needed to be.

I went there once before and had the best after hours Doctor ever! So I was hoping for the same experience this time, I unfortunately got the opposite experience. I knew I had a uti I've had them before, I told the doctor I was taking AZO to ease my symptoms which does give the test a false negative and she came back and told me she didn't see anything and that I'm young so I probably just have an std! Later that night I started to pee blood and ended up in the hospital with what? A UTI! Like I told her! Worst Doctor ever! Don't ever waste your time going here!
Brenda Davis is the best doctor I ever had, she have lot of knowledge and she is a sweetheart love this place in any emergency they always get me on time. Great place great people
