John (the owner) was very customer oriented and helped me through a towing issue and fixed my car with what I believe was very transparent, honest and fair pricing (wasn't a small job). Above all, I haven't yet encountered a mechanic I feel I can trust until I brought my car into this shop. I knew nothing about any of the local auto shops but this one had the best reviews in Rochester and I now know why. John, Shane and team all got my car running again with great customer service. Would highly recommend.
