I cannot say enough about this place!! I was recommended by a friend who works on cars and he said this is the place he trusts. I came in and I have never, ever encountered such friendly, flexible, customer service from an auto shop. Everyone in the place from the front desk to the shop is amazing. They did great, fast work, and put up with my crazy schedule, changing appointments with them several times and they were kind and flexible every time. They know how to make their customers feel valued. So glad I've found a trustworthy place!
Years and years ago, we had a service that came to change our oil and rotate our tires in the parking lot of where I work. I asked the person who he trusted on the west-side of Rochester to work on cars. He said Brian Horn. We at one point had four cars and there have never been any surprises, and that is true of ALL the men that work with him. If there are problems, Brian fixes them, often for no additional charges. His wife, Sue, answers the phone and schedule appointments, so this is a family business. I don't know a lot about cars, and as a woman, I want a thorough explanation of why I'm spending money on repairs. It is scary to place your trust in a mechanic... but this is one who earns that trust every single visit.
I will only take my car here. Work is top quality and they only do what is needed. The owners are great people.
