The office staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. The body work that I have had done there is excellent and the mechanical work consistently outstanding and very thorough. The owner is on-site and follows all work to a successful conclusion.
Upon getting the car back, you couldn't even tell where the damage was! I even asked a friend to guess where he thought the scratch used to be, and he couldn't do it!

I have been doing business with Austin-Spencer for over 15 years. I have used their services for a work fleet I managed and personal work on two vehicles I own. Both for collision repair and mechanical services.
I like Allan & Helene (hope I'm not misspelling their names) at Austin Spencer. I've had body work done, oil changes and new tires and each time I felt that they were honest and fair. Allan is a nice guy who tries hard to keep his customers happy. I've never had good experiences with mechanics because I always feel like they're trying to rip me off. I just don't get that feeling with them. Haven't had any problems either with the work they've done.
They did a very good and a fast work on our boat. Will try them next time my truck needs a service
I came to repair a gnarly scratch across multiple body panels. They made me aware of all of the things that may take more time or cause difficulty before I left my car with them, and charged a very fair price considering the work that had to be done.
In the rare instance where an issue has arisen it is dealt with immediately and my needs are always satisfied.
