New ownership all my interactions have been good
In a world full of excuses and limited warranties Jonathan is good to his word. I had an expensive HID headlight installed 10 month ago at Professional Auto Care Inc. and the bulb burned out on my Toyota Avalon. I called and explained what had happened and Jonathan told me to stop by. Because the bulb was so expensive I brought my own HID light and presented it to him at the time of installation. Jonathan thanked me, but told me to keep the bulb as a backup and replaced the expensive HID bulb with a new one from his stock, he took the time to explain the installation process, and some of the technology behind the HID light. He's an honest business man who stands behind his work and materials for a fair and reasonable price. I call that a good value and highly recommend Jonathan and Professional Auto Care Inc. for your automobile's care and maintenance. Well done.
When my tires didn't arrive in time for my scheduled appointment, Jon said "no problem. Go to work and I will have someone pickup your car and drop it back off for you." Great service at its best.

I was having issues with my 2012 Traverse. Was told by another shop that I either needed a replacement engine or to junk my car. A co- worker suggested John. After looking at the car, John quoted me $2300 and was sure it was just the timing chains. Happy to say that my car runs like a dream now! He even arranged a loaner for me to use while working on my car! Totally honest guy, quality work not to mention about the best customer service around! Will not take my vehicles anywhere else now!!!
