So accommodating. I really needed someone who could get me in today and on my lunch break for an inspection. I knew I had some other issues and they took a look and gave me some peace of mind.
Bad service
I have been going to Otto for about 10 years now. He is always fair, can get you in pretty quickly and always finds the problem. I have dealt with dealers and other mechanics in the past and hear the horror stories from others. If you want a guy you can trust that isn't looking for a quick buck or replace things you don't actually need replacing....Otto's is your guy! He used to be located in the Driving Park/Dewey area but now moved to a bigger nicer place. I live 20-25 minutes away and I rather take it to him knowing the problem will get fixed quickly and I won't be told to replace my belts or brakes by a dealer or name your favorite franchise....
