I absolutely adore the service i have had the pleasure of encountering at Macs. Jason is such a wonderful soul and kept me updated daily on the process. To top off my experience, after having a miserable morning a such smile was put right on my face when i got into my car and noticed a carnation on my seat. I highly recommend coming here and will continue to use their services.
Long story short, these guys took care of me in an emergency situation when I was 8 hours from my destination, had I of made it in earlier instead of a couple hours before closing I most likely would've been back on the road same day. Friendly staff, great customer service, very clean and well maintained facilities. 5 star would definitely recommend.
They do such a great job. Our car always looks great wirh quality work. We love Jason Robinson to do our work as he is so meticulous.
My minivan was damaged in the back bumper and side panel. Once they took my vehicle in they quickly started work on the vehicle, providing daily update pictures and status report. I was in the neighborhood a couple of hour after drop off and saw the car being examined. Jason was always available for a prompt update and detailed explanation. The vehicle was fixed within their estimated time. They took care of all the insurance negotiations. They fought for the insurance to replace the bumper with Honda original bumper rather than a repair of the bumper. The repair is amazing. The vehicle looks brand new. They even washed the vehicle, provided a carnation in the super clean vehicle, and provided me with replacement bumper stickers (reflective tape we use). I would definitely go back to Mac's for any body shop repair and recommend the business to my friends. They have a personal touch lost at other body shops. Ask for Jason he provides excellent service.
