My husband and I went through Rochester Travel Group for our honeymoon In September, The "5 star resort" we stayed at was horrible the food was disgusting and the entire resort was under construction the whole time... We ended up coming home 4 days early and had to pay an extra $400.00 to come home early,... they offered to move us to another resort but it was going to cost alot more,... I was so excited for my honeymoon and it was one of the worst experiences of my life... We never even got an apology or anything from RTG... I would like my money back !! What a waste...I could have booked a better trip on my own....

I have used the Rochester Travel Group several times over the years and they provided nothing but the Best vacations. Diane and her staff are Top Notch and always ready to help. I wouldn't consider using anyone else for my travel needs. They are Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to booking Disney Cruises and Vacations.
