AAA in Greece NY gave an outdated passport renewal form. Wrong date and fee.

Took way longer than expected. Told me no more than an hour, and here we are 3 hours later still waiting. Just keep getting updates postponing the arrival. Not to mention, they made me pay and additional 60$ just to get the tow, when it was originally covered in the first 95$ I payed. Not transparent whatsoever, and very unreliable. Definitely not going to recommend them to someone in an emergency that's for sure!
