the travel agency only to be told that they're behind schedule because of this being closed with the snowstorm
Had used Liberty several years ago for my honeymoon they did a fantastic job. I called three days ago and asked for someone to work with me on travel arrangements to Florida hotel and airfare. Audra took my information including my phone and my email and I never heard from her again .

From what I could tell the girl that I spoke to that answered the phone and Audra you're all very young and inexperienced I'll never call there again !
The point of paying a travel agent is to have the advantage of someone who knows one place from another and will apply customer feedback to steer you away from bad hotels. Unfortunately you won't find that at liberty travel. They typically have young people lacking enough experience to know anything better than trip advisor. First, liberty got my wife's name wrong on the airline ticket. We almost didn't even get out of town. We frantically tried to buy a new ticket at the airport. What a rookie mistake for a travel agent to make. We used they're service to book our honeymoon. They sent us to a hotel in Cozumel that they Knew nothing about and had never sent anyone or had feed back of any kind. We payed for an all inclusive and were told the hotel had several restaurants all included. This was such a lie. You could only eat at the restaurants once during the vacation. Every other meal had to be at a crowded buffet with disgusting food. Within about 24 hrs my wife and I had food poisoning that lasted our entire trip. The water sports were supposed to be all inclusive. Come to find out only for 30 minutes and then they push you to pay. We had to spend a fortune on snorkel equipment and sailboat rentals that were supposed to be included. The hotel room had lizards crawling on our bed and walls. Each night they would chase them away with a broom. The hotel was as beautiful as the pics on the internet so it just proves you need to have a travel agent that knows how it's managed. I suggest finding a good travel agent with some experience, not someone who just started they're first mall job. Or Just do some research on trip advisor because liberty will just send you anywhere that has pretty pics on the internet regardless of whether they have a clue or not where you're headed.

Liberty travel planned our trip to Paris and London ... it was amazing... everything was beautiful great hotels, awesome city insider, awesome tours, sight seeing... each detail , every hour of our day was accounted for tea and crumpets cruise on THAMES RIVER to a tour and LUNCH at the Eiffel Tower ... we're using for every trip
The agency and was told Audra was with a customer, and would be calling me shortly. Never happened they used the excuse that they were behind schedule due to the snowstorm we had.
