As a person who also owns a family business with 40+ employees, I will never use this company for my business since they didn't have time to look at my residential issue even though their website says they do residential and commercial.
I just called to get a leak looked at because they have a 24 hour emergency service, as quoted on their page, saying that "We know that a roofing emergency can threaten your entire business, your team, even your family" (copied right from that page) and was told, rather rudely after finding out I was a residential customer rather than commercial, that this was a mainly commercial company and they weren't interested in my business.
