We decided to go with Yorkstate because we found them to be the most responsive to our initial call and follow up questions, they were the most personable out of several companies we called. We are very happy with the quality of our roof, we went with top of the line materials for a 50 year roof and found their price was extremely fair given other estimates... after having damage from the wind storms we never wanted to replace another roof so long as we live. They tore off 3 layers of old roofing materials and installed the new roof in 1 day! The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because there was some siding/window molding that required a follow up visit to adjust which is understandable given the 3 layers thick they had to work off before they could put the new roof down. Their cleanup was thorough after the work was done. I’m also having them take a look at another family member roof and have referred them to a friend.
I had quite a bit of roof damage from the windstorm in March 2017. Jeremiah came and gave estimate right away and fought on my behalf with my insurance company to get them to cover the whole roof. After months of negotiations he got me a new roof fully covered. The guys did a wonderful job on my roof in a more than timely fashion. I would recommend Yorkstate roofing to anyone !
Finally, the actual team that roofed our home did an excellent job. The roof is warrantied, the yard was left clean and the dumpster is gone.
Jeremiah is always available for questions and Gabby, on the phone, was helpful too.

Efficient, thorough and prompt, York State Roofing starts early on the day they say they will be there and they don't stop until the daylight fades or the job is complete. They re-roofed my large three story house, including three porch roofs, in two days with a full tear-off. They work like they mean it and price it like you're a brother-in-law.
